By accessing and using MeliorEdge (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and we will notify you of significant changes.

MeliorEdge is a trading performance review platform providing journaling tools, trading analytics, momentum scanning, and performance reports. The Platform is designed as an educational and self-assessment tool for active traders.

To access certain features you must create an account providing accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

When using the Platform, you agree not to: use it for illegal or unauthorized activities; attempt to access other users’ accounts; interfere with the normal operation of the Platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the service without authorization; or upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the property of MeliorEdge and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are not granted any ownership rights over the Platform beyond a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Platform, including trading notes, screenshots, and execution data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing you the service.

MeliorEdge offers free and paid plans. Subscription plan payments are processed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeliorEdge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the Platform. Our total cumulative liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the prior 12 months.

We strive to keep the Platform continuously available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these terms, without prior notice and without liability to you. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately, though we will make reasonable efforts to let you export your data.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Platform will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, failing an agreement, through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by notice on the Platform or by email with at least 30 days’ advance notice.
